Today in this fast-moving world, everyone is busy achieving and reaching their milestones and target. Multitasking is encouraged and appreciated at Work and in companies. But do you think we really need to implement Multitasking at home with our family, kids and loved ones. By doing so, we are ruining the perfect moment and the very life with out feeling the depth of it.

We need to slow down to feel and enjoy our life. If you are out on a walk, then just enjoy your walk. You need to be physically and mentally involved in walking to rip benefits of walking. If you are eating your meal, you need to be 100% involved in your meal by chewing, feeling the taste and appreciate with feeling of gratitude. We need to work on assigning priorities in life. Once we step out of our work place, we need to enter our home with whole soul for our family. I know this sounds hard, but once you start implementing it slowly you will enjoy it.

It’s good to take break from busy things. We need to listen to our body needs by slowing down. We comprise with our Sleep and other health issues to meet and complete our other commitments. Think whether those commitments/schedules are worth it at stake of health and mind.
Whatever you do, do with full consciousness, mindfulness and to full depth. Slow down and focus on your breath. We often forget to breath properly. Take a Deep breath and focus on what you are doing.
Enjoy the journey and try to get better every day. And don’t lose the passion and the love for what you do

I do agree that we should focus on each moment. Persoanlly, I am guility of mulitasking often. I am single parenting now and my twins are involved in many after school acitivites. Therefore, if I don’t multitask, the job wont get done. But I definitly use breakfast and dinner daily as a time to just sit and be still.
